To ensure we maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling process for all of our clients, we set clear guidelines regarding deposits, punctuality, cancellations, and refunds. Refund Policy - Torrez Ink Tattoos & Piercings

Deposits: 

To secure your appointment at Torrez Ink Tattoos & Piercings, a deposit is required at the Tim of booking. The deposit will be applied to your final payment the day of your appointment.

Punctuality:

At Torrez Ink Tattoos & Piercings, we value our time, and your time we understand that time is essential to everyday life, so we wouldn't want to waist your time,  and wouldn't want you to waist our time as well. We ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive on time or five minutes early we will credit your deposit towards your final payment.

LATE ARRIVALS AND NO SHOW:

If you arrive ate to your tattoo appointment or consultation, your deposit would not be refunded, and you may lose your appointment slot.We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your sessionif you are more than 10 minutes late. In the event of a no show the deposit would be forfeited.

Cancellations: 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice. Cacellations made after this window may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Refunds For Deposits:

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or no-show. However, if you attend your appointment as scheduled, your deposit ill go towards the final cost of your service.

What to include in the Refund Policy

This policy ensures that the customer knows their deposit is secured as long as they show up on time or give proper notice.
